Deprecation reason: Please do not use this page any more (or any translation of it). The page group (set) definitions are now maintained in the code and the translations of the page names are done via the usual gettext / .po file stuff. If you are a language maintainer, make sure all pagename translations are in the .po file (page MoinI18n/xx for your language) and then please delete your SystemPagesInXxxGroup page (or rather rename it to DeleteMe<OldName> because direct deletion does not work here).
